I need to know when do I get to Cavalon? Some guy told me that there are nagas in Haiju Lagoon but all I saw were Afflicteds. Will the nagas in Sunqua Vale and Panjiang Peninsula work?

Getting to cavalon is 6 missions away from the time you enter Kaineng city, so, rather far away.
As for farming Naga pelts: There are naga in Haiju lagoon. They are located on the shores of the sea (NOT the lake with the island). The only area of the sea beaches that do not spawn naga is the Crimson skull occupied village.
Other naga in Shing jea island won't drop the naga pelts, though. Only the higher level naga drop pelts, lower levels only drop naga hides.
