NM drops them just as much as HM afaik. And he's probably using that one quest where you fight the waves of mobs of undead outside of Beetletun (iirc).

im farming in inter district of bergen .. 30g a pop =]

Yeah Bergen is a nice place to farm them.

I mostly Farm there myself, and in Gates of Kryta mission using the back passage trick!
