Domination was originally the no.1 attribute to aim for when a player aimed for interruption. I sought a way to be able to handle casters, while at the same time having an escape method against melee opponents, all without touching the domination attribute.
So, i cam up with the flollowing build. (This build is mainly intended for AB, as i have yet to try it anywhere else yet.)
'The Frustration Returns'
Attributes~
Fast Casting: 11 (10+1)
Illusion Magic: 15 (12+2+1)
Inspiration Magic: 9 (8+1)
Skills~
[skill]Mantra of Recovery[/skill] [skill]Frustration[/skill] [skill]Conjure Phantasm[/skill] [skill]Imagined Burden[/skill] [skill]Power Drain[/skill] [skill]Power Return[/skill] [skill]Auspicious Incantation[/skill] [skill]Ether Feast[/skill]
Equipment:
Ideal for this is~ Hale Archane Staff of Fortitude with two +30 health modifications and a 'Hale and Hearty' inscription.
Method:
Scenario 1: Caster Target.
Choose a caster, preferrably one that will be effected most by frustration, take an elementalist or a necro for example. Approach them, and before you cast, activate Mantra of Recovery, then apply Frustration.
By now the caster may have noticed you, so follow up with Power Drain if they attempt to cast, replenishing much of your lost energy from the properation spells. Then apply Conjure phantasm for pressure duing the next step.
Whenever they attempt to cast, alternate between Power Return and Power Drain, using Power drain whenever it is avalilable.
Scenario 2: Melee
My advice. Imagined Burden and run. If youre feeling up to it, snare them and spam them with conjure just to annoy them.
Feel free to comment.

Skycluster
. Seems usable for ab. Frustration= uber skill.
I would suggest power spike for more pressured dmg...but spreading 4 way might be too complicated, although i have done it. What do you use auspisiuos on? I think it looks pretty good but maybe if you add clumsiness in there because of all the burst sins, Frustration=clumsiness awesome combo.

At Skycluster's question:
Clumsiness is very energy burning if you want to use it as often a possible. And Auspicious goes very will with Imagine Burden, as MoR makes any extra recharge times caused by aspicious easy to deal with.
EDIT: On a side note, Illusion of Weakness could always be put in to replace Ether Feasr, so during a fight, you dont have to loose a chance to interrupt when trying to self heal.
