PC On Celestial shield and Gemstone Axe ^^ (Gold + Inscr)

Hi i would like to have a PC on:

Celestial Shield req 10 Str (Gold + Inscripable)
Health +29
Armor +10 vs Fire

And

Gemstone Axe req 9 Axe (Gold + Inscripable)
Lengthens Bleeding duration 33%
Health +15% while above
Enchantments last 20% longer
(These mods were on when i identified, is it worth it to put a +30Hp and 20/20 or +5 energy on it or is this an unwanted skin?)

i never thought im gonna say this, but gemstone axe is really wanted... i dunno y, but ppl like it(i think thats a crappy skin ^^ )
celestial - have no idea, as soon as ppl dont like it... id say 10-15k
add +5 to gemstone and itll be around 25-35k

k thnx if anyone else wants to add something to this go ahead the more the better ^^
