Need PC on req 9 death gold Bone Charm Focus

Its gold, inscriptible and req 9. the skin is pretty cool and I dont see these kind of focus around alot. Current mods are negligable but consider its 20/20, I already have the mods, I just want to know if the skin is rare enought to mod it that way.

Don't mod the skin isn't rare enough, just sell for 5-6k with the negligable mods.
