Been away to long, Help!

I bought guildwars prophecies a few months after it came out. I played it for a few months more, and put it away for awhile while I focused on job, life, moved etc... It's been like 2 years now or so, and I recently found guildwars while I was unpacking a box looking for something else so I installed it and am playin again. I missed it! I'm having more fun now, i think, then when I first bought it. Also, I noticed they changed ALOT.

Heres my question, I have a lev 20 ele/mes, war/monk that I made when I bought the game. But right now I'm focused on a new char I created thats a level 13 Monk/Ranger.
I know they nerfed alot of things (not sure what) but I wanna farm with my monk and I wanna go to underworld/fissure with him to farm/explore/have fun.
I keep seeing 55hp monks talked about. Is it still possible to farm/explore that way?
Whats the best way to farm and/or explore fissure/UW with my monk?

(any tips on where to farm would be appreciated too.. been away since end of '05) Thanks.

best way to explore, get a group of 8 people and go kill everything, best way to farm...
