Vizunah Square (Local District)

Hello everybody! Ok, so, I have my Tyrian born Monk... can i get to Local District for Vizunah Square with her? Cause I'd like to get the % of explorable area that u get from there... unless they don't count it? If someone can help, i would GREATLY appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can:

To join a party finishing "Mayhem in the Market" go to The Marketplace and find a group there.

It's a bit complex, but it can be done. Some prerequisites must be met.

Apparently, first you need to have completed the two Shing jea island missions.
Second, you need to join a party led by a canthan native character that has not yet completed the quest "Mayhem in the market". As you complete the quest, the whole party is taken to Vizunah square local, thus unlocking the location for you.

You must do both Newbie Island quest, both Minister Cho's Estate and Zen Dajun (Sp)

accompany a CANTHAN character on the second part of "Mayhem in the Marketplace" quest.

If you're going for the exploration title, you definitely do not need Vizunah Square (Local), Jade Quarry, or banishment from Shiro. I just got 100% today without the previously mentioned areas and still have some areas in Raisu palace unfogged.

Glad I stumbled on this thread - did it with my Tyrian nec today and it worked like a charm. I'm assuming it would co-respondingly work with Canthans wanting to get to Vizhuna Foreign by joining a Tryrian group on their quest.

Actually once Canthan charactors have opened Vizunah they can just walk to Foregin quarter and get into it. :-)

And just to be clear, you only have to do the Zen Daijun mission on the starter isle. Minister Cho's is optional.
