ok on eny site it says wand upgrades wands wrapings but i bought and found a wound wrapping and no dice!!!! it dosent work it only attches to a rod so im wondering is there a fire rod or can wrappings attach to scepters?
Are you sure you are trying to attach it to a nightfall wand? It only works on those. Wands/rods/scepters are all equal for the purposes of the wand wrappings. They are considered one handed spellcasting weapons.
