Is an oni blade a rare skin? and can i sell one for a lot if it has low stats or no? its kinda noobish, but i dont really deal much in weapons and such.

first question: yes. second question: no. most people won't buy rare skins unless they are perfect or can be easily modded to be perfect. if its not max damage you can pretty much forget it unless you find a new player that wants something pretty
