WTB: Celestial or Zodiac Staffs/Scepters/Wands/Axe/Shield

Hello everyone. I’m looking for staffs/wands/scepters/off hands for my Ele and Monk. I don’t necessarily need perfect items, but I also don’t want cross skill weapons (i.e. fire staff with fast recharge of water magic). Any req/quality except for r13.

This is what I’m looking for:

Ele - Fire or Energy Storage
- Zodiac (Inscribe preferred, but regular ok)

Monk - Protection, Healing or Divine Favor
- Zodiac (Inscribe preferred, but regular ok)
