All level 20 mission access

The idea: make all missions accessible for all level 20 characters. There should be some restrictions, like only being able to access all missions in a foreign continent, or only when another character has finished the final mission, like with hard mode. But then you should only be able to get the Protector titles when you have finished all primary quests as well.

Primary reason I'm suggesting this is that 1 play-through through all missions is enough.

Is there anyone who likes this idea?

You want to get to the end missions, play through.

I agree with Dougal on this one. If getting at the endgame is that important, your options are to play through again or do them as the character that earned it. Don't like it? That's why runners are making money. Hope you got plat.

Did you even take Factions into account?

Oh... yeah... make character, kill shiro, kill abaddon, delete character...

Eh... no. Play the game. Actually, Tyria should be changed so you could get anywhere by walking over the map, but to make each mission your'll have to make first the previos ones.
