Molotov Rocktail, I sure hope the guy who thought of this one didn't lose too much sleep when changing one letter of an explosive.
Apart from that there's certainly some very Charr sounding name, by that I mean random words containing Z's as opposed to S's and alliteration in the first name and surname.

I know Felix the Charr is a play on Felix the Cat. That doesnt make it any better. It's very unoriginal. Molotov Rocktail was the best, even if it's just a single letter changed. I can imagine it perfectly on a boss. Felix the Charr is just WTF. It must sound better in another language.
