Is this quest glitched, I cant find any of the sunspear forces anywhere and I searched all of Sunward Marches.

if koss isnt in your party they wont show and the first group should be right outside the door

That happens to people quite often. I think Anet should put the Hero Required part at the top of the Quest info.

(Yes, most people don't read.)
