Ranger:
Impaling Trap: When Impaling Trap is triggered, the foe that triggered it is struck for x damage and suffers from cracked armor for 12 seconds. If any foes already suffering from a condition are in the area of the foe that was damaged, each foe suffers from bleeding for 6...21 seconds. If any of those foes were under the effects of an enchantment, they gain 5 energy.
Necromancer:
Deathly Strength: For 12...30 seconds, target ally gains x health every time they attack. Every time they use a skill, they suffer from cracked armor for 2 seconds. (This effect stacks)
Mesmer:
Brain Hemorrhage: Target foe's action is interrupted. If that action was a skill, that foe suffers from bleeding for x seconds and if that foe was already under the effects of an enchantment, that foe suffers from dazed for x seconds.
dunno if these ideas are any good, just some stuff i came up with on the spot really.

ok impaling is just way too complicated, just remove everything and make it only cause cracked armor, not even and damage just cracked armor like snare only causes cripple, and then it will be perfect. cause cracked armor = pwning wars lol, and piercing trap will be useful then lol. and if you do make it only cause cracked armor then sundering trap is a better name :P
meh i dont like the nec one, kinda weird.
the mes one is overpowered, not conditional enough for dazed on a non elite. there is only 2 non elite dazes i know of and they both require knockdown and one requires a pet, them being under and enchant is very likely so yea no thanks.
