EQ I'd say anything +AL as with 12 Energy storage energy shouldnt be too bad
And any thing with 20% enchanting or +armor should work
I'm thinking this could farm mobs, that do physical damage. I'd like to say even HM aatxes
The idea of the build is to slow down opponents, and then just mass stacking lots of miss skills to make them miss, if they do hit weakness should make their damage manageable
Problems with the build:
nothing to counter degen
energy maybe a problem (4 wards = 50 energy per 8 seconds. each glowstone attack will earn you +2 energy as well, however balths and eesence bond dont trigger unless mobs hits :S)
Maybe not enough damage
Just like to throw this idea up and hopefully someone can make a few spin offs from it
I'm 99% sure this would work great as part duo team, both the ele tank and ss'er stand inside the wards, maybe even try to body block the mobs from aoe scatter
