Using the "Find all posts by 'User'" on Forum

Why can I not use the "Find all posts by 'User'" or the "Find all threads started by 'User'"? I can't even use this feature under my own profile.

Search is disabled for users. It causes too much load on the servers.

If you'd like all these features restored, become an elite member. It's very reasonable and if enough people do it, Guru could be on a bigger, better server.
