Basically, I want Competitive Missions to allow people to join games which are already going on, that way if there are leavers/rage quitters/disconnectors they will be replaced by others waiting outside for a game. Leechers would be able to be voted off by majority vote. (what if there are 5 leechers, need suggestions on how to fix)
***Oh, if this has already been suggested before then I apologize, I assure the devs that I searched "competitive mission vote" and got nothing, and that I checked the Index of Ideas and nothing seemed to be similar.
Allow voting in Competitive Missions

I'd rather have one character getting faction for playing 15 minutes that other for leeching 20.
I would agree with this in all instances, as long as the voting is limited for the first minutes of the match.

Theres no way to distinguish a leech from a normal player. Some guy joins fort aspenwood and sees theres an assassin using...oh i dont know, a hammer. So he assumes the sin is a noob, and petitions a vote to kick him, others agree, and soon the assassin is kicked from the match.
This is just one scenario on what could go wrong. If you fix that, I'll /sign it...
...yes i do have a hammer sin build...

Another issue I frequently come across is super-long load times. This has happened to me before, and I have seen it happen to others. I'll have this 2-minute file decompression, and when I finally get to the mish nobody is on my radar and they're all calling me a leecher. Even recently, did the mish where you fight Varesh twice, and some guy just stood there for the entire first encounter with her. I was about to say something and then he finally moved and complained about long-load time. He took part in the rest of the mish. Too many people will get kicked because of load times with this.
