BIG title track issue

from what i understand of the new update, every random arena win is supposed to give you a glad point now. my friend told me he was getting points, but by the time we got to 6 consecutives, still 0 points for me. on a similar idea, over the past few days, i've beed winning hero battles off and on both rated and unrated, but i havent gotten a single commander point in 3 days.
i've tried logging off and on, restarting comp etc but i dont know why my title tracks seem to be frozen !!

if anyone could offer any idea that would be appreciated

Glad points (as stated... everywhere) are for 10 consecutive wins.

The text that says otherwise is the bug.

hm ok that explains my gladiator problem, but what about hero batles?

i'm still not getting any commander points
