Serpent axe 14% -1 nrg regen r10 I thought these didnt drop anymore O.o -- PC please

see the title, I didn't think they still dropped with those mods
atm the mods are:

Poisenous Serpent Axe of Shelter
Damage 6-28(req10)
Damage +14%
Energy regeneration -1
poison duration on foes +33%
armor +7 vs phys

EDIT: I never saw this mod before so I thought it must be rare, is there a way to change the thread title btw?

1-3k/Merch. Personally I wouldnt waste time trying to sell and just merch as the inherent is flawed and unpopular and the skin is rather common.
