I would say something around 50k. When it comes to Req 7's it really depends on what people want to pay for it, and the skin on the weapon. It would be over 100k if your inherit was better.
Are you sure it's 15 while below 50, not 15 while over 50 by any chance?
If it's like you mention, then salvage for +30HP. It has waaaay too flawed dmg mod.
i can't beleave it's under 50 % health , but whit the low req , can't you showa screen of it ? to see the skin , would be important whit an item like this
