Hello all. I was wondering if you can mod the Rinblade in Pre-Searing that you craft.
I just found a sword with +25 health I was planning to salvage and put the hilt on the rinblade.
I don't want to use a salvage from my kit until I know for certain I can do it. Those Charr Kits cost way to much money to gamble with.
