Need a basic Sin runner

Hi guys. Hope someone can help.

I just took my Sin over to Tyria, having completed Cantha last night.

What I need is a real basic running build to take me from LA back to Ascalon, and down to Sanctum (maybe through the desert as well).

The GuildWiki builds area is just pants now, and only has 2 running builds that are both VERY energy intensive, only really use Sin as secondary. I just spent 150k on my armor set, and don't really want to have to put another together unless I really have to - If I do (which I suspect I will), let me know what's best.

I can be any secondary, and can gather most skills (although I can only see LA on my Tyria map so far for core skills)

Please help if you can, as I want to speed my way through to Ascalon to help guildies, and round to the desert to Dragon's Mouth.

I know, but like I said - It's pants. Nothing in it that's useful for a basic running sin.

Just Bold Forge Runners and such.

Any build that can get you through the Southern Shiverpeaks is MORE than enough for the LA-AC run. Talus/Snake's Run>>>>NKP/Shiverpeaks in the "pucker factor".
