System Recommendations

Hello everyone. I haven't actually purcahsed Guild Wars yet, but I am deeply considering it. Before I do so, I wanted to know from the people that know the game best if my computer will be able to run the game smooothly.

Windows XP - Media Center Edition
Intel Celeron D 356 - 3.33GHz
ATI Radeon Xpress 200
512 MB RAM
160 GB HD - 108 GB Free

will it run? yes. will it run smoothly? no, unless you put it to 800x600 resolution and turn everything down.

celerons are very bad processors, and are not suitable for gaming. your ram is just the minimum needed, and your integrated graphics (i think it is) is not particularly good.

to make it run GW better, considering upgrading to 1gb ram. you probably can't do anything about the graphics and the processor.
