Cool Effects? and other idea's

Hi, ya know i think it would be interesting to see some effects, in some weapon mods for example, like say and Icy Bow String, or Fiery or Shocking Bow String, i think it would be really cool to see the arrows shoot some sort of an effect added to that arrow - like if it was fiery we would get to see fire arrows like shown when using Conflagration. they deal fire damage anyway.. why not show some effects?

I also think would be pretty neat if the NPC's like the merchants, dye traders, or important people kinda talked, they talk during missions haha yeah i know, but what about out of missions, sorta like when you you need something like a salvage kit or ID kit, they would say "what do you need", i think that would be interesting imo

And this Idea has probably been posted up several times, but Name Changing would be a cool feature? i thought about it and yeah i think it could be hard adding that one in, but it would be nice to change names, because i mean when GW first started, i just decided to name my character something i just thought up in my head at the moment, never really gave it much thought, and i'm pretty sure some other players did the same, but it would be nice to change it...
