I am having trouble finding someone to buy it cash, I had someone last night, and we didn't want to give first offers without getting scammed.

What can I do to get 400k without any troubles?

Most people when selling items over 100k offer the max cash, and then ectos, black dyes, or another material with a decent value - only way to be truly safe about it.



I have actually had a few people pay for high end items all in cash, but it's VERY rare and far between. I do not blame them for not paying all in cash, I would never do so. I know of way too many people that ran that scam constantly.. only people I know extremely well would I do so.

Nobody will buy for cash. Too easy to scam. You either take ecto/black dye as payment or keep it.

just get ectos and sell them for cash you should be able to get 100k+30-40e ectos for it

These sell for 100k+40-50e which is 300-350k And yea just accept payment in ectos and then if you need cash just sell ecto at 4.8-5k/ea.
