Looking to buy a cheap inscriptable req9 Shadow Scythe or Nightmare Scythe, which ever one I can get my hands on first.
I do not mind if the scythe has useless mods, as I plan to mod over them.
I do not want higher than req9 or scythes with already existing mods that will increase the price such as 20/20, 15^50, etc.
