EU GvG Guild Recruiting

hi,

we're a new european guild, Evolution In Action [EiA], founded by experienced players with hundreds of GvGs under their belt. we formed it, because we believe that, in order to really enjoy GvG, a guild needs some proper organization and mutual respect, things we found ourselves missing in our previous guilds.

we will be focusing mainly on GvG, the goal is to have 4-5 sessions of 2-3+ hours a week. GvG runs will start at ~7 pm GMT. we will do our best to organize regular HA runs as soon as possible in the GvG-free days; an officer will be appointed to organize these. the goal is, above all else, to be able to enjoy PvP in a real team, with everything the term implies. it would be unrealistic to aim at the top 50 at the moment, but knowing ourselves and our friends, i think a top 300 ranking is perfectly achievable within the next couple of months.

we'll be running balanced as our main GvG build; as soon as we have core positions settled, we will pick two additional builds for tournament play - a split and an 8v8.

we're currently looking for:
- midliners
- a runner
- a frontliner
- an experienced match caller (!)

applications (to be submitted on our forum, see below) will be handled individually, but as a rule of thumb you need to have (in no particular order):
- activity
- maturity
- GvG experience
- 1+ mil faction (fully unlocked in all professions you wish to play)
- r3+ and/or glad2+ and/or champ and/or a recommendation from a respectable player(s)
- all 3 campaigns
- ts/vent and a working microphone
- a free PvP slot
- functional knowledge of the english language
