130 derv... how do you get 5 sup runes?

I haven't played my dervish in a long time and decided tonight that I wanted to make her be a 130 dervish to farm a little... but I don't get it. How do you get five sup runes on if they only have 4 for dervs? Am I missing something? Is this even possible anymore?

well, you just need to buy another rune, doesn't metter what and then you'll get five. you won't get +3 attribute, but you'll get -75 health

Dervishes aren't the only profession with 4 attributes I take it you haven't farmed much at all? Good for you
