...to see Mad King to be more revealed during GW:EN. Yes that guy appear during festival but as far he claims, he was king and "expert" of war tactics and strategies. Not to mention if he indeed went to Lion's Arch and get called, like Mad King was their king.
Guild Wars Wiki lack those lines what Mad King says in Kamadan (I wonder why nobody never putted them to Guild Wiki). One joke included how he went to Lion's Arch and guy asked why he has Pumpkin on his head (and called "my lord").
Anyway this is just something to discuss.

From what he says he was a Krytan King and most likely ruled in Lions Arch. How a giant king with a pumpkin for a head came to power is beyond me (he seems Undead so perhaps he became insane after death explaining the Pumpkin Crown). His reason for going to Kamadan is explained as meeting a Princess of Kamadan to arrange a marrage (i dont have the exact quote but i do remember him saying something along those lines). I doubt he will get a explanation in Eye of the North.
I cant remember the exact wording of the "pumpkin on your head" joke but it involved Lions Arch not Ascalon iirc.

I'm thinking the Mad King isn't/hasn't done half the things he says he is/has. Leave the goofball for Halloween. It's not as fun if you can track him down or whatever.

would be cool to have an event during the preview weekend where you come upon the mad king and he says something like "AHH YOU FOUND MY OFF-SEASON HIDING SPOT!" *runs away* and then a bunch of elves come out and start dancing and singing...
