PC on Chaos Axe

How much is worth Chaos Axe req.9, 15^50, 20/20, 30HP? I want to buy this axe but don't want to offer too much to seller (if I will be able to find some).

100k-100k+5e. If you're buying I'd try find for below 100k, so 90-100k or so.

Inscriptable or non-iscriptable? What is price-difference between these two?

inscriptable will go for much more because they are very rare...
