I just wish they'd remove the in-game "attack" music so that I could enjoy it without having dis-joined jumps all the time.

PIRATE? Let me get this straight, the person who uploaded the songs is pirating, not anyone on this forum since we're only asking for the songs so we can listen to them.

Downloading music and using it for personal use is LEGAL.
Sharing it with other people, making profit with it and uploading it is ILLEGAL.

Actually Alexandra-Sweet, downloading music is legal PROVIDED the person sharing the music has permission to do so. If you find a copy of photoshop online that isn't coming from Adobe or being distributed with the blessings of Adobe, it is far from legal for you to download it. Just because someone shares something, doesn't make it legal for you to take it. I walk into a store, grab the display case of scratch and win tickets, run outside and proceed to give them away, is it legal for you to take one, scratch it, and then claim any winnings you may have gotten? Hell no, because you're benefiting from someone else breaking a law. This is why the police tend to take away stolen property from the people who have gotten it (through what they may feel were legal means such as pawn shops), it wasn't theirs to distribute in the first place so you as such have no rights to it.

Actually, if it were just to listen to it, it would be legal in some countries, like Spain.

But if you plan to use it with an edite copy of GuildWars.ds to fake the original ones. it would be highly ilegal in almost all countries.
