in canthan there is a nice platium wand/staff which don't have inscription version

Jade Brotherhood and Am Fah in Wajjun Bazaar drop them. The best place is probably the quest [wiki]The Halcyon Job[/wiki].

I suggest you use RezDogg's 330HP Spirit Bond Farming build for that place, it can farm it quite fast.
