Looks like one of those effigies the Charr make in Ascalon... but much much bigger, and possibly animated.

Well its always a possibility, but I am betting that they wouldn't give us a peek at the great destroyer till we are ready to pwn it.

Looks like a wooden Charr on fire. Probably something to do with how the Shamans are keeping Charr society under their control without the Titans.

I would either say thats just a burning charr effigy which will been in the charr homeland or an end of level charr dungeon boss

Anyhoo...that burning effigy is a charr, it's tail and claws on it's feet give that much away. Maybe now they realise the titans werent worth worshipping and so instead worship themselves?

I'm also going to say it looks like something the Charr would create. It has a tail and digitigrade (cat-like) legs, and isn't stocky like a dwarf.

My guess? A burning charr sculpture of one of those wicked shamans.
I don't think it could move... but, who knows...? It could be a moving construct too.
And yes, Starsky-sama. Tha's one of the 'followers/minions/army members/whatever' of the great destroyer.
It's the 'evil enemy army' of the GW:EN tory, like Mursaat&White mantle/Titans&Undead in Prophecies, Aflicted&Shiro'ken in Factions and Kournan/All sort of demons in Nightfall.
