Fled to Far Shiverpeaks and settled at Eye of the North. Joined the Ebon Vanguard. Hates Charr and lives for revenge.
Vekk - Elementalist - Male - Asura
Young and hot-blooded Asura. Looks shy but is very smart and possesses the ability to create marvelous magical equipment. Likes to complain and has a large ego.
Jora - Warrior - Female - Norn
Lost the ability to morph into a bear after an enounter with some dark powers. Stayed at Far Shiverpeaks helping people, hoping to redeem/proof herself and regain her powers.
Ogden Stonehealer - Monk - Male - Dwarf
Talented Monk. Kind-hearted and a great motivator. Kept to himself as he grows older when he realised that his compassion may be a weakness in such times of turmoil. Fiercely loyal to King Jalis Ironhammer.
Xandra - Ritualist - Female - Human - Luxon
Daughter of Captain Juno. Sent to Ascalon as an ambassador for her safety when her mother is suspected of murdering the previous leader. Determined to prove herself and bring glory to her clan/family.
Anton - Assassin - Male - Human - Ascalon
Escaped from Death Row during the Searing. Joined the Ebon Vanguard. Loyal to the Ebon Vanguard but this may change if the leader is dead.
Livia - Necromancer - Female - Human - Shining Blade
Joined the Shining Blade to protect her Kytra Homeland. Willing to give her life for the safety of Kryta.
Kahmu - Dervish - Male - Human - Elona
Came to the north in search of challenges and to strengthen his skills. Defeated many great Norn warriors and became a household name.
Hayda - Paragon - Female - Human - Shining Blade
Young paragon who loves freedom and roams all over the world. Proud and confident of her ability. Joined the Shining Blade and hopes to become a legendary hero.
Pyre Fierceshot - Ranger - Male - Charr
Exiled for disobeying the orders of the Charr Shamans. Hates the Charr Shamans for using the titan as an facade to rule over the Charr.

That...is one unprofessional manual. They don't even have GW:EN on the top with the logo...
The Dervish hero armor looks amazing compared to standard Melonni armor...
Same with the Paragon hero, when compared to Morgahn.
Is the Assassin deformed, or is the pose making it seem that way >_>

I'm especially happy to hear that the Ritualist is Luxon(I <3 Luxons armour style). And I believe in the 10 minute demo, Ben Miller said the Asura's name was 'Vepp' but I could be wrong.
