in PvE you unlock all kinds of armor, and there are only around 5-7 sets on PvP... im thinking if you could "Unlock" armour in PvP when you buy it in PvE, or spend 3-5k Balthazar a piece of armor, so there could be access to 14+ Armor sets. Would only count for Max armor of course...
