Me/E Water build PVE

Does anyone know any viable water builds for a fast caster? Seems an energy expensive line but should be viable for a Mesmer with glyph of lesser energy.

Not for PvE, nothing really.
Tbh... water's a weak line in PvE even on an elementalist.
So... I'll say what I say to eles looking at PvE Water-ing.
