Is convert Hexes affected byt the +24 armor cap? For example, if I remove 3 Necro hexes from a target, would they get +30 armor, or +10, +10, +10(reduced to 4)=24?

First of all, the cap is 25 armour.

Second, a single skill is allowed to exceed the cap.

30 armor of course. its a stacking nerf not a skill nerf.you cant stack armor buffs above 25.
