Greetings

I have made a Rit a few minutes ago and i was wondering what skills do i need for the existing build (both pve and pvp).
I have everything unlocked, so i guess i´ll buy skills until i reach 500-600gold and then gonna buy some tomes if needed
About the elites... i guess i´m gonna cap some, and buy some lol

I took a glimpse at the rit´s weapon thread and i´m still a bit unsure about what to get. Currently i have Alem´s Remedy and the Hourglass Staff, how should i mod it?

Thanks in advance

There is no Rit build that works for both PVE and PVP, they are two completely different environments.

It would help if you gave us some idea on what you like to do with a Rit. I suggest reading the stickied threads, as well as the Ritualist sections on both Guild Wars wiki: the official one, and the fan one.

If you don't mind hanging toward the back and healing, Rit healers are quite good. Restoration is a solid option.

I'd recommend that you experiment with your rit to determine what you like.

Try a healing rit:
Vengeful weapon, recuperation, Preservation (elite), Mend Body and Soul...etc.

Then try a spirit bomber:
Pain, bloodsong, vampirism (Sunspear skill), Anguish (if you can stand the exhaustion), painful bond...etc.

Then try a Rit nuker:
See channeling skills (too many choices to list here).

Rits have very poor elite skills, but quite a few excellent non-elite skills. Some rits like to use an elite from their secondary class. Expel Hexes, Echo, or Mesmer energy management skills are fairly common among rits (depends on the build and the areas you're fighting in).
