Looking for someone to help run my guild

Hello,

I am the leader of the guild Faithful Spirit [HOPE] . I am looking for someone to help run the guild as I can not do it all by myself.

Our guild currently has a little over 20 people. It is a fairly new guild with a full guild hall, Teamspeak server, and forums. I'm looking to recruit much much more, but I can't recruit enough alone. A few of my top recruiting officers have just left because one wanted to start his own guild, and his friend was the other one, who went with him.

If you fill this position you will get
-Immediate Officer Promotion
-Moderator status on the forums
-Be my second in command
-Have authority over pretty much everyone except me.
