I would like to see ANET create a system of trade where any player can leave a number of items in a trade box and leave the price of the item while others can come see it at will or even buy it without having to message the seller.
Next Halloween, ANET should also make a new helmet resembling "Michelangelo's'" party helmet from the movie "TMNT"
New Trade Window and New Mask

The first suggestion is called 'AFK shops' or 'shop stalls' and have been already suggested several times. Although it has been confirmed that Auction houses will never be in GW1, they have said nothing about stalls.
For the image, could you please post a picture so others cansee?

As Mithran says, the first has been suggested before.
The second however, I agree it would make a cool mask, but I don't agree that it should be implemented into the game. All of the masks / hats that are already in the game (With exception of the yule cap to an extent) are not based on things outside of the GW universe.

Well... actually... MOST of the mast are based in something outside the GW universe:
- Yule hats: Xmas, Winter and Yule.
- Haloween: Halloween.
- Dragon festival hat: chineese dragon:
- Lion mask: Chinese lion.
etc...
But that mask would have copyrith.
One possible similar thing would be a 'Frog' mask:
