What is the formula for a spirits health? Also, I'm not to clear on spawning power. Does it give

1) Spirits Normal Health * Spawning Power * 0.04 or
2) Spirits Normal Health * (0.04)^Spawning Power

lets say 10 spawning power:
normal health * (0,04)^10 = normal health * 0,00000000000001048576 = 0 health.
