1. When I attempted to make the purchase on the online store it came back and told me that the transaction had failed because the server was too busy, yet the next time I went back to the online store it displayed as having already been purchased on my account.
2. I never received any email confirmation of the order, nor instructions. If no receipt was tendered with this order does that mean I get it for free?
So what will happens in the end of August? I'm sure my account is earmarked as having paid the $5 or whatever for the pre-order, but I want to insure that I qualify to get the bonus mission pack also, and $5 <> $29.
Will my credit card account be charged the remaining amount for the GW:EN expansion? If so, when?
Will I need to take additional actions to get the key added to my account or will it add automatically and grant me access in time for preview weekend? Will I ever actually get the key or will it just all take place under the covers? If the key is going to be sent to me, then when can I expect it?
