if you ignore someone then you shouldnt be able to pm the person ur ignoring. its kind off really anoying to get pmed stuff and then get ignored when you try to reply.

It's annoying. You can ignore him back, of course, but this would save some trouble.
People may bitch others by ignoring them, then spamming wispers.
