Req 10 blood, HSR 20%, Halves Casting time of Spells 10% (inherent), +30 health, +5 energy, can't inscribe. Any ideas? Worth trying to sell?

Does it have maxed HSR mod, could you edit info to your OP? Salvage for mods if it doesn't.
