Ok, I have been on a GW break the last two weeks, and now I am lost. Why is there another dragon weekend ? and what is the deal with this http://www.guildwars.com/support/gameupdates/ I don't see the updates ingame. 1 last thing what is the deal about the sunspear title??? Help me out plz

They open the event again for those unfortunate players, who couldn't play or had problem with the server last time the dragon festival was on. Basically it's a rerun with a few new update.
