Well I had heard that when you defeat the Great Destroyer you have to go on to defeat the Norn Yodelling Champion, rumored to be even more powerful...her "singing" causes avalaches dont'cha know.
Avalanche. Monster Skill. 5e, 2r. All players take 400 Cold Damage.
....harsh.

It's most likely the end- there's no room to add anymore content.
In my opinion, EotN should have been the third expansion, and Nightfall should have finished it off (since it was the source of all the destruction and baddies from the previous chapters).
Anyway, there's probably not enough time for a new expansion anyways, since GW2 is supposed to come out sometime in 2008.

Another Sorrow's Furnace-like update would be a nice swansong.
ShadowStorm
Here's to hoping they at least decide to add the other three Realms of the Gods...

well.assuming.GW2.really only will suface in 2010 like they posted.......i believe there will be new expanstion added before that.PLus they did say they are not going to stop here.they are still keeping the option open.
i think 2 yrs waiting for gw2 is too long....something has to come in-between the waiting right?

I'm of the opinion that this will be the first and last of the boxed expansions anyways. Regular updates should continue for a while, but I wouldn't be surprised that as GW2 gets closer to beta, Anet is going to start putting GW1 on the back burner.

Absolutely not. Why would Anet detract any attention from the game they just spent 4 years making and just release? not gonna happen

I think it isn't end.An exp. pack will wait us after gwen.Because GW's creaters have a lot of idea for skills. In my opinion there aren't enough skills at three games. For example Cracked Armor is very creativity skill and NCSoft must make a lot of skill like Cracked Armor.

well from the clips of press releases I've seen..it appears to me that this might be the last major change in GW1. As Anet said that after GW:EN is finished..all their programmers will start concentrating on GW2.
Mordakai
All major programming will be dedicated to GW2.
Anet has said it will continue to serve Guild Wars with updates, and I bet there will be more bonus missions coming next year... (gotta keep the hype!)

It's true, at least according to the official wiki under Upcoming Features and Changes: "Additional mission packs."
