"Thats It": for 3-8 seconds all allies within shout range have +3-15 damage, but you lose 5 damage for each ally affected.
"Your gonna pay for that"(elite): For 1-6 seconds the next martial attack against allies within earshot fails and the attacker is knocked down.
"You shall fail": All allies within earshot block all melee attacks for 3-8 seconds, you take 23-7 damage for each attack blocked.
"You'll regret this": For ten seconds all allies within earshot have +70 armor vs. foes with weapon spells on.
"Don't fear the reaper": For 3-15 seconds all allies within earshot gain 25-76 when there health drops below 30%.
"MAWWWWWWWW": For 2-14 seconds all allies within earshot gain +17 damage but you lose -20 armor.
"Choke on this": For 2-17 seconds all allies within earshot have +13 damage with ranged weapons and ranged attacks move 25% faster.
"To the pain"(elite): All allies within earshot knock down the next foe they strike with physical damage for 4-7 seconds.
