Have card, will buy - How do I properly use the online store?

Well, just got me a credit card, and I'd certainly like to get the GW:EotN preorder with it. But, I hear there are tricks about the online store that one should know before using it.

Anyone with experience in the field willing to share? What to do, what NOT to do, what to remember really well and so on?

I don't recall having to do anything different from any other online store. Just follow the directions, it's pretty straightforward.

Since I will make a guess this is your first time making an online purchase, the best advice I can give is to take your time in entering all the information.

Double check all spellings and make sure all the relevent boxes are filled in.

Once you are sure the information is correct, click the purchase key ONLY ONCE!

This is important as sometimes it takes longer than you think it should to process and re-clicking the purchase button is only asking for trouble (i.e. making the purchase more than once)
