Please... use the search feature, or just look for Farming threads on the first page or the next one of the forums.
Rangers can solo trap UW and farm Totem Axes.
Monks can solo 55... Well, lots of places. Undead outside of, Bergen Hot Springs, Undead in Fahranur, the First City, and lots lots more, I don't really know.

1.) You don't ask for a build for X profession with Y secondary. You tailor your character to accomodate.
2.) The search function would've answered your question in seconds.
3.) Rangers can UW trap HM. If you don't know about monk farming I'm not helping you, because it's so easy to find that there's no reason for me to tell you anything.
