PC R8 +15 Armor Inscriptable Blue Magmas Shield

Keep in mind, this drop did not come from HA, or from a chest run, and is R8. I see it as 1 point of armor in exchange for 11 attribute points somewhere else. A cheaper alternative for a caster shield?

r11 purples go for 100k+ still. I'm failing to see how this is merchant worthy...Not trying to be a jerk about it, i just know this is worth more than 5k tops. Any more PCs? and no this is not a bump, just an fyi on what i'v seen in the market. I would understand merch if it wasn't inscriptable.

It might be worth a few k to someone who doesn't care about max items.. but unfortunately, the market in this game is built around perfects.

I doubt you'd get more than around 5-8k, if that... Saying that, you never know. Wait for more PCs.

This is a q8 inscription magmas.. it may be blue and one off max, but there are plenty of people out there who don't mind near perfects. Add a couple of decent mods and it will be a perfectly functional magmas shield.

I'd try to sell for 5k at least, and if not it would look great on a hero.

But that's just me.

In response to the OPs edit: while there are those out there that don't mind non-max items, they don't mind for the reason that most won't touch them and they sell for very, very cheap. Yes your shield is q8, and yes it has the ability as an inscription item to be as functional as a gold perfect... but sadly, it's not max and that's how 95% of the market operates. (being lucky enough to discover that 5% that care little of colour etc.. still won't add much value for the reason I mentioned above)

If you "just know" that this is worth more than 5k tops, then be my guest and try. But I'm offering almost two years worth of power trading and price checking experience and letting you know what the data I've correlated in that time suggests.

Of course freak trades happen, but not often, and this is a BLUE NON MAX regardless of it's skin, and that pretty much says it all.

100% agree with wilderness, well said. 5-6k, but as stated above, you may get lucky and fetch more.
I wouldn't merch this tough, use it yourself or wait for a buyer to come along.
